Heeeeeyyyyy guurrrl..

It is that time of year again, yup!  FINALS... the dreaded finals.  I only have one day of class left, a study day, and then the big 'ol tests.  Tomorrow will be a piece of cake, classes at this school are a breeze.  Proof: 105% in my 9:00 am class.  After tomorrow... that is when it gets tough.

But let me inform you on my definition of tough: so much time in between finals that I have zero motivation to study and go to bed at a decent time.

Wednesday is considered a study day... great, thanks school, I like not having class :)  but then finals start on Thursday.  Well I do not have a final on Thursday and have to wait until 12:00 pm on Friday before my first final.  That is 48 hours from Wednesday to Friday bbbbeeeeffffoooorrrreeee my first final!  I cannot keep myself motivated to study for a final that is 48 hours away!  Talk about #firstworldproblems and I am not proud to say that.

But technically that is what this whole blog is about.. #firstworldproblems.

HIIII!

I have cooled off a little bit after that last rant, but the problems continue and I have found another calming outlet..

JACKSON 5 PANDORA!

I don't know why, how, or what.. but I loooove listening to music by colored people from the 60's and 70's.  *and then Brown Eyed Girl by Van Morrison pops up... ahahahaa.*  Well anyways, songs like: I Want You Back, Who's Lovin You, Stand By Me, You Can't Hurry Love, and At Last.  ALL CLASSICS!  and I mean damn, do these people have talent?!?  I wish I could sing like them.

But there is something about the music that just makes me smile and forget my cares :)

From 5th grade to 12th grade, I played trumpet in band and my skills do not even come close to how the members of the bands play in these songs.  I am completely and utterly jealous of everything they can do!  Music back then took soooooo much talent compared to the auto-tune bullsnot we have to listen to now.

Who wouldn't want to listen to 5 fro-headed boys... stealing the hearts of girls everywhere.

Roommate Problems

Oh hey..

I am back and have decided not to quit blogging yet, I still have problems.  This is the best way to deal with them, thus far.  So here goes my rant for today..

Annoyance #1:
Roommates.  I transferred to a new school for second semester and was put in an apartment with three random girls.  I am not the most sociable person and decided that I would try my best with these people because I would be living with them.. and I did try, for at least the first week.  Roommate A is even more introverted and quiet than I am... so that was mission impossible.  Roommate B came from a different state and we hung out the first week all the time... until we had a spat about something. Unimportant now, but she has found other friends and talks to me when she needs advice.  Roommate C, my actual roommate, is very quiet too.  However, when on the phone, she talks like a middle school girl and it's actually very strange to hear.

Roommate C is the one I have a real problem with.. and the other 2 just do not help the situation.

Annoyance #2:
Roommate C.  Sniffling, fish sticks, going through a roll of toilet paper in 3 days, gross eating noises.... that is the latest on my list of annoyances with her.  But for the past few weeks, she has been mumbling when I talk to her and I cannot understand a single word.  So I just shrug my shoulders and shake my head when I leave the room...

Worst part about it all... I am stuck with her next year.  For two whole semesters!  Because the school that I attend decided to have registration within a few weeks of me transferring to the school.  This resulted in me not knowing anyone to live with... besides Roommate C.  It makes me sad every day when I think about next year... I can hardly make it one semester.  How can I survive two MORE semesters.  I might need to start drinking on week days... and I do not even drink on the weekends!

I pretty much just lock myself in the room, put headphones on and blare music... just so I don't have to hear her.  Might sound mean, but I am sick of roommates.  Which leads me to my last annoyance I will bother you with today..

Annoyance #3:
Roommates.  I HAVE THE ABSOLUTE WORST LUCK WITH ROOMMATES!  My first roommate as a freshman in college... well I can tell that she did not like me at all.  She thought I was weird and ended up hanging out with the girl in the room next to us.  I was invited to her birthday party only because I was her roommate.  But I won't bore you with all those details..  My roommate for my first semester of sophomore year was actually the only one I liked.. and I did not even appreciate her.  I feel really bad about this now, but don't get me wrong.. she still did things that were annoying.  And this leads us to my second semester of sophomore year at a new school... with the worst roommates ever.  But you already know about them...

Well then.

Hey, hello, hi!

I was just creeping around on Facebook like everybody does and I happened across this video..

And let me say this... I for one am unbelievably appalled by this video.  As a college that is associated with the Lutheran Church, I can say that I regret going to Concordia College.  I don't care what you think, but I am allowed to have my opinion and I do not believe that this is right at all.  I had to force myself to watch this video.

*Several minutes later*

My mind is still baffled.... I don't know what to say, but

The Roommates.

Fortunately for you, I did not have this blog when my roommates were really bothering me about the thermostat in our apartment.  The two hermits that live with me would prefer the apartment to be 80 degrees.. all the dang time.  I, however, find that a little excessive and would be content with it at 72 degrees.  This battle went on over winter and I won at times and they won at times... it was unbelievably frustrating.

Now, you ask why I am writing about this?  Well, I got back to the apartment after I ate dinner at the dining center and what do you know... the dang fan is going on full blast and has been for awhile now.  I would not doubt if they turned it up to 75 or even 80, but it's April 11th and 50 degrees out AND sunny!

They stress me out a lot...  My boyfriend always tells me that their are battles I should choose not to fight and this is one of them.  NOT HELPING...  so I am writing to you, whoever you are and hope that you will sympathize with me.  Until then... I am going to play Draw Something and Temple Run in the hopes of forgetting about the two that I live with.  Maybe I will do some homework too, scratch that.. I need to do homework tonight.

Let's try this out..

Well hello there... as I was walking back from the most boring class in the world, (not a joke) I was overcome by a feeling of annoyance.  My annoyance prompted me to create a blog for the annoyances or just whatever I experience during my days.  Hopefully this will lower my blood pressure or something too, plus I can keep this a secret from my mom because she already follows me on Twitter!  I can already see great outcomes :)

Over Easter Break, I downloaded Draw Something and Temple Run.. pretty much the two addictive games on the app store right now.  In both, you ultimately collect coins and I have realized I love collecting coins haha. This is my recent score from the run I did right before creating this blog!  Needless to say.. I'd rather play these two games all day than go to the joke of a school I do now.

Well anyways... before I spill everything and leave you uninterested, I'm gonna stop for today.
